Shipping costs, taxes, customs

 

1. Gentle shipping

We ship your CSC cigars securely packaged. Individual cigars are sealed in a special aroma bag and delivered to you via DHL with a Boveda humidipak. Sets of 20 or 25 cigars are delivered to you via DHL in a specially made cedar cigar box.

2. delivery with DHL's age verification service

If your order contains items that are regulated by age restrictions, we use a reliable process, including a personal identity and age check, to ensure that the customer has reached the required minimum age before the delivery person hands over the goods. Delivery to packing stations is not possible in such cases.

 

3. shipping service provider

We ship your order with the shipping service provider DHL.


4. processing of your order.

From Monday to Friday we ship parcels on the same day if we receive your order by 14:00. Of course, this does not apply on public holidays.


5. taxes, prices, customs

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

We will take care of the customs declaration for you. However, we do not cover any costs that may arise. These costs must be paid by the customer.

 

6. Shipping zones, shipping costs

The shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the total weight of the order, the shipping zone (country/state) and the order value.

The shipping costs are clearly indicated in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

Germany

Extras: From an order value of €100, there are no shipping costs for deliveries within Germany.
