Dupont present the Master Lighter, a remarkable combination of haute horlogerie and goldsmithing. This exceptional lighter, which contains a skeletonized watch with a power reserve, is the result of more than two years of development and represents a first in the history of the two houses. The Master Lighter is distinguished by its skeletonized movement, a Franck Muller trademark, which is ingeniously combined with a lighter to reveal a double-sided watch. The front of the lighter is equipped with central hour and minute hands and features a sunburst and lacquered dial crafted in the pure tradition of Franck Muller dial manufacturing. On the opposite side of the lighter, the skeletonized movement can be seen in all its splendour, illustrating Franck Muller's mastery of watch complications, with a system that allows the central seconds to be displayed on this side. Every detail of this masterpiece reflects the heritage and unique know-how of Franck Muller combined with the goldsmith's art of S.T. Dupont. The Master Lighter thus represents the excellence of two houses, where two unique crafts find a new expression in this unique object, a true fusion of traditional craftsmanship and innovation. Offered in a limited series of 88 pieces per color, the Master Lighter collection consists of four exceptional lighters decorated with Franck Muller's iconic numerals, known for their unmistakable shape. The white version has a silver dial with a sunburst pattern. The blue model is reminiscent of Franck Muller's characteristic blue. The black version is more modern and is characterized by its Luminova numerals. Finally, the Color Dream model features the brand's colored numerals, complemented on the back by a skeletonized aluminum movement specially made to highlight the bright colors on the front of the lighter. These exceptional pieces will be presented exclusively at the international salon The World Presentation of Haute Horlogerie from April 9 to 13, 2024 at the Franck Muller Manufacture in Genthod.
